Send us your patients who need to be seen within two weeks
Psychiatric evaluation, medication management and therapy for adults and teens 16+, in Reston, Lansdowne and by video across Virginia. We schedule within 48 hours of receiving a referral and send you a summary after the first visit and at each medication change.
How to refer
- Call or text the provider line at (571) 206-8696, or print the one-page referral sheet below and have the patient bring it.
- Send an electronic referral to Virginia Premium Medical Care in your EHR directory (Privia Medical Group).
- Call the provider line at (571) 206-8696 and ask for scheduling.
- Mark "urgent" for a 7-day appointment.
What we see
- Anxiety, panic, depression, insomnia, stress-related conditions
- Adult ADHD evaluation (two-visit, structured)
- Postpartum and perimenopausal mood, in coordination with OB/GYN
- Adolescents 16–17 with a parent present
- Medication-management takeover from primary care
We refer out: active psychosis, acute suicidality, substance detox, eating disorders needing a program, and anyone under 16.
For primary care practices without behavioral health
We offer Collaborative Care consultation: your practice enrolls patients, a care manager tracks them, and our psychiatric nurse practitioner reviews the caseload with your providers. Ask us about setting this up.
