How it works
- Book. Online in two minutes, or call or text. No referral needed.
- Evaluate. A 60-minute first visit, in person or by video. We listen, use short screening questionnaires, and agree on goals.
- Plan. Medication if it will help, therapy if it will help, often both, explained in plain language.
- Follow up. Every 2–4 weeks until you are stable, then less often.
- Coordinate. Your primary care team stays in the loop, with your permission.
